Have you decided that now is the time for you to sell? Did you also take a look around your house and realize that you don't know what to do first? Well this Open House Prep is the service for you. I will use what I know to help you prepare your home to host an open house event. Every home is personalized, but those things aren't what buyers want to see. They are looking to buy your home, not your personal belongings. First, I'll start with what I call a walk-through - take a peek at the spaces in your home and assess what buyer friendly changes should be made. During the walk-through I will make notes & take photos and within 3 days provide a report of my findings. These findings will point out suggested improvements, repairs and cleanings that will help to improve the overall look of your home. With the intention of getting you a happy buyer sooner rather than later.
