DO YOU HAVE A CUSTOMER REFERRAL PROGRAM?
Yes we do. If you refer someone to Pretty Black Sheep and they purchase any of our provided services, you both will receive 5% off of your design fee.
When scheduling your consultation using the Contact Form, complete the information listed under referral. At your scheduled appointment return your form to me....that's all you need to do.
WHAT IF I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH THE PRETTY BLACK SHEEP?
I try hard to provide good quality products, weather handmade or in the services I provide. I would certainly like to hear from you and I'm sure we can work together to make things right. Please reach out to me via email with any issues or concerns.
IS THE CLOTHING WASHED BEFORE IT'S SOLD?
Absolutely, the clothes are washed when purchased. This helps to remove any products the manufacturer may have added to make the clothes "look" good until you get them home. Washing them also makes it easier for me to design on them and I feel better about selling the product to you this way.
